Mobile Boot Camp (MBC) - Kenya Edition

A mobile boot camp is a crash-course session, usually spanning 2 – 3 days. The sessions comprise both theoretical and practical whereby participants will gain an insight on mobile application development as well as acquire some practical skills on the use of current platforms, frameworks and tools used for the development of mobile applications.

The camp will be held under the theme: “Fostering local content through mobile technology.” The event will be capped off with a mobile development competition.

The target for this year’s camp is university students from public and private institutions in Kenya as well as local developers and entrepreneurs. Maximum number of participants: 100. Limited Entry: First Come First Served.

Students (Strathmore and non-Strathmore): 700Ksh
Non-Students: 1500Ksh
